Insurance

The only form of insurance accepted for massage therapy at this time is No Fault Insurance.  Along with your insurance information and claim number, you will need to provide a prescription stating the diagnosis from your physician.

For all other insurance, a receipt will be provides upon request to submit to your insurance carrier or flex spending account.
